This article suggests that a star traveling 57% of the speed of light (relative to you) creates an anti-gravity beam in front of it. If you enter this beam you would begin to fall away from the star. Assuming this idea has some merit, how far does this beam exist away from the star? How many of these stars are traveling in our direction? What a fascinating Star Trekian theory!
